Add a new administrator

This is how you add a new administrator to your account.

Step 1: Create integrity policy and terms of use

  1. Go to My company --> Accounts & Policies

  2. Create Integrity policy

  3. Create Terms of use

Step 2: Enable user accounts

  1. Go to User accounts

  2. Press the button as in the video to enable user accounts

Step 3: Send /register link to your new administrator

  1. Copy the domain.se/register link

  2. Send the link to your new administrator

Step 4: The new administrator creates an account

  1. The new administrator opens the link

  2. Creates an account

Step 5: Add your new administrator

  1. Go to Settings -> Accounts & Policies

  2. Add the same email of the newly created account

Step 6: Administrator can now login via myflow

  1. Go to app.myflow.se/login

  2. Login with the same account details
