How to add downloadable files in the page builder

Adding downloadable files to your page allows visitors to easily access important documents, guides, PDFs, templates, or other resources. This is useful for sharing ebooks, checklists, contracts, course materials, or marketing assets without needing email attachments or external links.


Step 1: Add the downloadable files function to your page

  1. Click "Add empty row".

  2. Click "Add content".

  3. In the right menu, select "Files (Download link)".


Step 2: Select a file

  1. Click the field under "Select a file from the media library".

  2. A list of all the files uploaded to the system will appear.

  3. Select the file you want to make downloadable on your page.

  4. Click "Save", now your file is available for visitors to download!


If you haven’t uploaded the file yet

If the file is not yet uploaded to the system, you can easily add it:

  1. Click "Manage files", this will take you to the media library.

  2. Once inside, you can upload your file in two ways:

    • Drag the file into the area labeled "Drag files here to upload".

    • Click on the text to browse and select a file from your computer.

  3. Once uploaded, the file will be available to select in Step 2.

Done! Visitors can now download the file directly from your page.
