How to work with Reach

  1. Click Try now on Reach's card on your dashboard.

  2. Tell Reach what your newsletter should be about. For example: "A weekly email with tips for freelancers."

  3. Set a sending schedule if you want. You can either pick a specific date and time for a one-time send, or ask Reach to create a recurring schedule. For example: "Send every Sunday at 9 AM."

  4. Review the draft and request changes if needed.

  5. Approve and let Reach send it.

Your audience stays engaged without you having to write a single word.


πŸ’‘ Note: If you don't see Reach under Available to hire, it may already be active in one of your slots.

Activate Reach

Before you can use Reach, it needs to be added to your active AI team. Your plan determines how many teammates you can have active at once.

  1. Go to your dashboard and scroll down to Your AI Team.

  2. Click Manage team.

  3. Find Reach under Available to hire at the bottom of the panel.

  4. Drag Reach into one of the empty slots at the top.

Reach is now part of your active team and ready to use.
