How to work with Buddy

  1. Click Try now on Buddy's card on your dashboard.

  2. Ask Buddy anything about your contacts. For example: "Who haven't I followed up with this week?" or "Show me my active leads."

  3. Add meeting notes by describing what was discussed. For example: "Add a note to Maria Larsson: interested but needs a proposal by Friday."

  4. Ask Buddy to flag a contact for follow-up or give you a list of active deals.

Buddy keeps every relationship on track so nothing slips through the cracks.


💡 Note: If you don't see Buddy under Available to hire, it may already be active in one of your slots.

Activate Buddy

Before you can use Buddy, it needs to be added to your active AI team. Your plan determines how many teammates you can have active at once.

  1. Go to your dashboard and scroll down to Your AI Team.

  2. Click Manage team.

  3. Find Buddy under Available to hire at the bottom of the panel.

  4. Drag Buddy into one of the empty slots at the top.

Buddy is now part of your active team and ready to use.
