How to edit your website theme in myflow

Customize your website's header layout, sizes, fonts, and colors using the Edit theme editor in the Appearance tab.

Updated today

The Edit theme editor controls how your website's header looks — the layout, sizes, fonts, and colors. Changes show up in a live preview as you make them, and you can check both desktop and mobile views before saving.

Open the theme editor

  1. Go to Website > Web pages in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Navigation under Web pages.

  3. Click the Appearance tab at the top.

  4. Click Edit theme.

The editor opens with your settings on the left and a live preview on the right. Use the Desktop and Mobile toggle at the top of the preview to switch between views.

Pick a layout

  1. Under Theme, click the Appearance on website picker at the top.

  2. Select one of the four layouts:

    • Logo left, nav left — logo and menu grouped on the left.

    • Logo left, nav center — logo on the left, menu in the middle.

    • Logo left, nav right — logo on the left, menu pushed to the right.

    • Default — logo centered on top with the menu below it.

Adjust display options

Below the layout picker, toggle these on or off:

  • Login button — show or hide the Log in button in the header.

  • Shadow — add a soft shadow below the header to separate it from the page.

  • Floating navigation — let the header float over the page content instead of sitting above it.

  • Full width navigation — stretch the header to the full width of the screen.

Change sizes and spacing

Under Size settings, use the sliders — or type exact values — to adjust:

  • Logo width — how wide the logo appears in the navigation.

  • Header max width — the maximum width of the header content.

  • Item gap — the space between menu items.

  • Padding top and Padding bottom — the empty space above and below the header.

Use the small reset icon next to each slider to go back to the default value.

Set fonts and text size inside navigation

  1. Under Text settings, click Change font to pick a different font family.

  2. Adjust Item font size to change the size of menu item text.

Set colors

  1. Under Color settings, click the Background color swatch and pick the color you want for the header background.

  2. Click the Text color swatch to set the color of the menu item text.

Save your theme

  1. Check the live preview on both Desktop and Mobile.

  2. Click Save in the top right when you're happy.

  3. If you want to leave without saving, click Exit instead.

You're done — your website header now uses your new theme.
