How to manage navigation items in your myflow website

Manage top-level menu items, child items, reordering, renaming, and deletion in the Navigation tab of your myflow website settings.

Updated today

The Navigation tab lets you control which pages appear in your website's menu, the order they show in, and how they're grouped. You can add top-level items, create dropdowns with child items, rename them, and link to pages, landing pages, or other content.

Open the Navigation settings

  1. Go to Website > Web pages in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Navigation under Web pages.

  3. Make sure the Navigation tab at the top is selected.

Add a top level item

  1. Click + Add top level item at the bottom of the list.

  2. Choose what to link to:

    • Add page β€” link to an existing web page.

    • Add landing page β€” link to one of your landing pages.

    • Add content β€” link to other content in your account, such as a course.

  3. Select the page or content you want from the list.

The new item appears at the bottom of the menu.

  4. Click Save in the top right to publish the change.

Edit a menu item

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the item you want to edit.

  2. Edit the Title β€” this is the text shown in the navigation menu.

  3. Use Edit to open the linked page for editing, or click Open in new tab if you want to see the navigation item in a new tab

  4. Click Save in the panel, then Save at the top of the page.

πŸ’‘ Note: Changing the Title only changes the label in the menu. It does not rename the page itself.

Add a child item (dropdown)

  1. Click + Add child item on the parent item you want to nest under.

  2. Choose Add page, Add landing page, or Add content.

  3. Select the item from the list.

  4. Click Save at the top.

Child items appear as a dropdown under the parent on your live site.

Reorder or delete items

  1. Use the up and down arrows on the left of each item to move it in the list.

  2. Click the trash icon to remove an item.

  3. Click Save to apply your changes.

You're done β€” your menu now shows the items, in the order you set, exactly as visitors will see them.
