Connect your calendar and video meetings in myflow

Connect your calendar, set your availability and choose your video conferencing program and let your customers book meetings with you

Integrating your calendar allows myflow to:

  • Add new bookings directly to your calendar

  • Check for scheduling conflicts

  • Automatically create video meeting links

myflow connects to your calendar using Cronofy, a secure calendar integration provider.


Step 1 — Open calendar integration

  1. Go to your Profile settings (My company --> User profile)

  2. Select Calendar integration

You will see the available calendar providers:

  • Google

  • Apple iCloud

  • Microsoft Office 365

  • Microsoft Exchange

  • Outlook

Click the provider you want to connect.


Step 2 — Approve secure access

You will be redirected to a secure permission page.

  1. Check the box to agree to the terms

  2. Click Link Account

This allows myflow (via Cronofy) to:

  • See your availability

  • Add meetings to your calendar


Step 3 — Sign in to your calendar

Sign in to your calendar account and approve access.

Follow your provider’s login steps and approve all requested permissions.


Once completed, you will return to myflow with your calendar connected.


Step 4 — Choose your default booking calendar

After connecting, select the default calendar where bookings should be saved.

This is important if you have multiple calendars (for example work and personal).
All new meetings booked through myflow will be added to this calendar.


Step 5 — Set Your Availability

Go to the Availability tab.

Here you can:

  • Select which connected calendars myflow should check for conflicts

  • Define your standard working hours

How availability works:

  • Time blocks you mark as available = bookable by customers

  • If your connected calendar already has an event, that time is automatically blocked

Click Save new rules after setting your schedule.


Step 6 — Connect video conferencing

Go to Meeting settings:

Here you can choose which video meeting platform to use.

Available integrations

Calendar Connected

Default Video Option

Google Calendar

Google Meet (automatic)

Office 365

Microsoft Teams (automatic)

Any calendar

Zoom

Any calendar

GoTo Meeting

If required, you will be asked to log in and authorize the meeting provider.


✅ You’re All Set

After completing these steps:

  • Meetings booked through myflow are automatically added to your calendar

  • Conflicts are prevented using your connected calendars

  • Video meeting links are generated automatically

Your booking system is now fully synced.
