By setting your availability, you make sure people can only book meetings with you at times that suit you. The calendar is fully synced with your external calendar, which helps you avoid double bookings. This keeps your schedule organized, saves time, and makes the booking process smooth for both you and your clients.
Step 1: Connect your calendar
Before you can choose when people can book meetings with you, you need to connect a calendar.

Step 2: Go to the right place
Click "Settings" in the left side menu.
Click on "User profile" in the left side menu.
In the top menu on the page, select "Calendar integration".
Then click "Availability" in the submenu.
Step 3: Set your availability
You’ll now see a weekly calendar showing every hour of each day:
White boxes = You are not available
Purple boxes = You are available for bookings
Each box represents 15 minutes, so there are 4 time slots per hour (e.g. 12:00, 12:15, 12:30, 12:45).
To mark yourself as available:
Click once on a time slot → it turns purple = bookable

To select multiple time slots (e.g. 08:00–12:00):
Click on 08:00
Hold down your mouse
Drag down to 12:00
Release → All selected times will turn purple

Important to know
This calendar is synced in real time with your connected calendar.
That means:
If you manually book something in your external calendar
Or if another system adds a meeting those times will be blocked automatically in the platform.
No one will be able to double-book you in our plattform.
