Our built-in meeting booking system allows visitors to easily schedule meetings with you directly on your page. Unlike external tools like Calendly, this feature is fully integrated into your system, making it easier to manage bookings, track appointments, and automate scheduling, all within one platform.
Before you start
Before adding the meeting booking function, you need to connect your calendar to the system.
If you haven’t done this yet, click [HERE] to follow the guide on how to connect your calendar.
Step 1: Add the meeting booking function to your page
Click "Add empty row".
Click "Add content".
In the right menu, select "Meeting booking".
Step 2: Select which calendar to use
Click the field under "Book in calendar belonging to" to select the user the calendar where bookings should be added.
If you are the only user on the account, your calendar will be automatically selected.
Step 3: Set the meeting title
Under "Event title in calendar", enter the name of the meeting.
This title will appear in both your and the participant’s calendar.
Step 4: Choose meeting duration
The final step is to choose how long the meetings should be when someone books.
The maximum meeting duration is 480 minutes.
All three steps must be completed for the function to work.
Step 5: Save your settings
Click "Save" in the top right corner.
Done! Your meeting booking system is now live, allowing visitors to schedule appointments directly on your page!
