How to Add and Complete an Action in myflow

The Actions function in myflow helps you stay organized by allowing you to set reminders for tasks related to your contacts. This feature is perfect for tracking follow-ups, sending important documents, or any task that requires a specific deadline.

Follow the steps below to add and manage your actions effectively:

Adding an Action

  • First, navigate to the contact or lead you want to set an action for.

  • Click on the Actions button to create a new action.

  • In the action window, you'll be prompted to:

    • Set a task description: For example, "Contact John Doe, send him this article."

    • Choose a date: Select the date on which you'd like to complete the task.

    • Set priority: Choose your priority level (e.g., 1,2,3,4,5) to help you stay focused on important tasks.

  • Once you're finished, click Save to add the action to your list.


Viewing Your Actions

  • All your saved actions will appear in the Event List. This is where you can view upcoming tasks and stay on top of your commitments.

  • Each action will show the due date, priority, and a brief description of the task.


Completing an Action

  • When it's time to complete a task, simply navigate to the Event List and locate the action.

  • Once you've completed the task, click the check box to confirm that the action is done.

  • Your completed tasks will be green, and you'll always have access to the history.

  • Using the Actions function ensures that you never miss a follow-up or important task. Whether it's reminding yourself to contact a client, send an email, or schedule a meeting, actions helps you stay organized and on track.

  • With priorities and due dates in place, you can easily manage your workload and focus on what needs to be done next.
