How to manage companies in myflow

Learn how to create companies, edit company details, link contacts to companies, and search your company list in myflow.

Updated yesterday

Companies in myflow let you group contacts by the organization they belong to. When you link contacts to a company, you get a clear view of who you're working with at each organization — and their billing details are ready when you need to send a quote or invoice.

Create a new company

  1. Go to Toolbox > Contacts > Companies in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Create new company in the top right corner.

  3. Enter the Company name.

  4. Fill in any additional details you have:

    Corporate identity number
    Invoice email
    Employees
    Billing address fields
(Billing street address, Billing zipcode, Billing city, Billing country).

  5. Click Create company.

The company is now available in your company list and can be linked to contacts.

Edit company information

  1. Go to Toolbox > Contacts > Companies.

  2. Click Edit next to the company you want to update.

  3. Update any fields — the edit view includes all the same fields as the create form, plus Website and Primary contact (a dropdown to choose the main person at that company).

  4. Click Update to save your changes.

On the right side of the edit page you'll see Linked contacts — a list of every contact connected to this company, showing their name, title, and contact details.

Link a contact to a company

From a contact card:

  1. Open a contact's card and go to the Details tab.

  2. Scroll down to the Company section.

  3. Click Edit and select or update the company linked to this contact.

Find a company

Use the Search companies field at the top of the Companies page to quickly find a company by name. The page also shows the total number of companies in your account.

You're all set — your companies are organized, linked to the right contacts, and ready for quotes and invoices.
