How to create and complete actions in myflow

Learn how to create follow-up reminders on your contacts and mark them as complete when done.

Actions are follow-up reminders tied to a specific contact. Use them to track tasks like sending a proposal, scheduling a call, or following up after a meeting β€” each with a due date and priority level.

Create an action

  1. Go to Toolbox > Contacts in the left sidebar.

  2. Click the contact's name to open their contact card.

  3. Click the Actions tab.

  4. Enter a Title for the action (e.g. "Send proposal to Maria").

  5. Pick a Date for when the action is due.

  6. Toggle Reminder at time if you want a timed notification on the due date.

  7. Set the Priority β€” 1 is highest, 5 is lowest.

  8. Click Save.

Your action now appears on the right side of the Actions tab, showing the title, due date, and priority.

Complete an action

  1. Open the contact card and go to the Actions tab.

  2. Find the action you've completed in the list on the right.

  3. Tick the checkbox next to the action to mark it as done.

Completed actions stay visible in the list so you always have a history of what's been done.
