How to add a new contact in myflow

Contacts are the foundation of your CRM in myflow. Every lead, customer, or business relationship starts as a contact. You can add contacts manually, from LinkedIn, or by importing a list β€” this article covers adding a contact manually.

  1. Go to Toolbox > Contacts in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Add contact in the top right corner.

  3. Enter the contact's Name and Email β€” both fields are required.

  4. Fill in any additional details you have: Title, Phone, and LinkedIn URL.

  5. Select an Existing company from the dropdown to link the contact to a company, or leave it empty to add one later.

  6. Click Add.

Your new contact now appears in the contact list and has its own contact card where you can add notes, actions, deals, and more.
