To select the recipients for your newsletter, you can include or exclude specific tags.
Contacts with the included tags will receive the email.
Contacts with the excluded tags will not receive the email, even if they have an included tag.
This means that if a contact has both an included and an excluded tag, the exclusion takes priority, and they will not receive the email.
