What this enables

By using a funnel in myflow, you can:

  • Collect signups through a landing page

  • Automatically send confirmation or welcome emails

  • Remind contacts about upcoming events or important dates

  • Keep all communication structured and consistent

How a funnel works in myflow

A funnel in myflow is built by connecting three core functions. Each function has a clear role in the process.

1. Landing page — Collect signups

Your funnel starts with a landing page where visitors can sign up using a contact form.

  • Navigation path: Website → Landing pages

  • Purpose: Capture contact details from users who are interested in your offer, event, or webinar

The contact form creates a contact in myflow as soon as the user signs up.

If the user already exists in your contacts, all new information are added to the contact together with the tag chosen in the contact form.

2. Automation — Send emails automatically

Once a user signs up, automations allow you to send emails without manual action.

  • Navigation path: Emails → Automations

  • Purpose: Automatically send confirmation, welcome, or follow-up emails to new signups

Automations ensure every signup receives the right message at the right time.

3. Newsletter — Send reminders and updates

As the event or deadline approaches, newsletters help you stay in touch with your audience.

  • Navigation path: Emails → Newsletters

  • Purpose: Send reminder emails, updates, or additional information to contacts who signed up

This is commonly used for event reminders, webinar links, or last-minute updates.

Important

⚠️ Important: Each part of the funnel works independently but becomes most powerful when used together. Make sure contacts collected on your landing page are included in your automations and newsletter audiences.

You’re All Set

Once these three functions are connected:

  • Users can sign up through your landing page

  • New contacts receive automated emails

  • Reminders and updates are sent before the event or deadline

This creates a complete funnel experience for your audience.
