How to export your contacts from myflow

Export all your contacts to a CSV file with one click, and see what the file includes.

You can export all the contacts in your myflow CRM to a CSV file, for example to use them in Excel or Google Sheets, or to keep a backup.

Export your contacts

  1. Go to Contacts in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Export in the top right corner of the page.

  3. myflow prepares the file in the background. You can keep working in the meantime.

  4. When the export is ready, you get an email. Click Download export in the email to download the file.

💡 Note: The link is valid for 24 hours. If it has expired, click Export again to create a new file.

The Export button is only shown on a computer or a larger screen, not on a phone.

Can I export only some of my contacts?

No. The export always includes all contacts in your company. Filters, tags and searches on the Contacts page are not applied to the export, and you can't export only selected contacts.

💡 Tip: To work with a smaller group, export all contacts and then filter the file in Excel or Google Sheets, for example on the tags column.

What does the export file include?

The file is a CSV file with one row per contact and these columns:

  • name, title, email, phone

  • company, org_nr, website, linkedin, employees

  • invoice_email

  • active (Yes or No)

  • notes: all notes on the contact in one cell, each with its date and author

  • tags: all tags on the contact, separated by " / "

  • One column for each of your custom fields

These are not included in the export:

  • Deals and actions

  • Billing address

  • Whether the contact has unsubscribed from your emails

Can I export companies or deals?

No. Contacts can be exported from the CRM. Companies and deals can't be exported.
