Connecting your own domain lets your website and emails go out under your brand instead of a myflow address. When myflow manages your domain, this is the easy part — myflow writes every DNS record for you, so there's nothing to copy and no registrar to log into.
Activate your domain
In the left sidebar, click Settings. Under Website & branding, find the Domains card and click Open settings.
Click on Manage
Check that your domain is active for website and email. myflow creates the required DNS records for you and starts verifying them automatically.
That's it — there are no records to add by hand, and you never have to leave myflow. Most domains verify within a few minutes.
💡 Note: The records myflow creates for you are read-only in the Advanced DNS editor. To change one by hand, turn the matching preset off first — then the record becomes editable.
If verification doesn't finish right away
DNS can take a few minutes to settle (Up to 24 hours). If you see Website verification timed out or Email verification timed out, click Retry website verification or Retry email verification on the domain.
Waiting a few minutes between retries usually does the trick.
You're all set — once the status shows as verified, your domain is connected and added as website and/or for newsletters and automations.
Using a domain from another provider?
If your domain is registered elsewhere (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.) and you want to keep it there, you can still connect it by adding a few DNS records yourself. See How to connect a domain from another registrar in myflow for the step-by-step.

No. When myflow manages your domain, the DNS is handled for you — there's nothing to change. If your domain is registered at another provider, you also don't need to change nameservers; you only add the DNS records myflow shows you.

No, it's not possible to connect multiple domains to your website in myflow. If you own several domains (e.g. yourdomain.com, yourdomain.se and yourdomain.no), we recommend connecting one of them and then setting up redirects for the others to point to it.

Not necessarily. If your email provider supports SMTP (e.g. Gmail, Outlook/Office 365), you can use SMTP as your delivery method instead of connecting a domain. Go to Email → Settings and choose SMTP as your delivery method. Domain connection is only needed if you want to use myflow mailserver.
