There are two ways to delete contacts in myflow — one at a time from the contact card, or several at once from the contact list.
⚠️ Contacts with the User tag can't be deleted. In myflow Contacts, the User tag means the contact has a user account with you, so the Delete option isn't available for them. Archive them instead.
💡 Want to keep the data? Archive instead. Archiving a contact in myflow Contacts hides it from your list and stops emails to it, but keeps all its data — and you can undo it. See How to archive and restore contacts in myflow.
Delete a single contact
Go to Contacts in the sidebar navigation.
Click the contact's name to open their contact card.
Click the Actions button in the top right corner of the contact card.
Select Delete.
Confirm the deletion in the pop-up that appears.
⚠️ Important: Deleting a contact removes all their related data — deals, notes, actions, and activity history. This action is permanent.
Delete multiple contacts at once
Go to Contacts in the sidebar navigation.
Tick the checkboxes next to each contact you want to delete. You can select as many as you need.
Click Delete leads... in the action bar that appears at the top of the list.
Check the list of contacts in the Delete leads panel that opens, then click Delete all.
💡 Tip: Use Filters to find the contacts you want to delete — for example, filter by a specific tag to select and remove a whole group at once.
You're done — your contact list is cleaned up and ready to go.
