Use this article to create a quote or agreement in myflow, manage and organize your documents, understand what each status means, read your signing statistics, and choose which signing methods your customers can use.
Create a new quote or agreement
To create a new quote or agreement in myflow Quotes & Agreements:
In the left sidebar, go to Quotes & Agreements.
Click Add in the top right corner.
Enter a Title for your document. A title is required.
Choose how to start: Empty document to build the content yourself, or Use template to start from a ready-made template.
Click Create in the top right corner.
If you choose Use template, you can narrow the list with the Filter by recommended usage buttons above the templates: All, Landing Pages, Web pages, User Area pages, Quotes, Agreements and Chapters. Templates are split into two tabs, Company Templates and Free Templates. Each template card has Preview to see the template, Edit to change the template itself, and Use this template to start your document from it.
Your quote or agreement is created and opens on the edit page, where you build the content and add the people who need to sign.
Manage your quotes and agreements
All your quotes and agreements are listed on the Quotes & Agreements dashboard in myflow. Each entry shows the title, the creation date, the number of recipients, how many of them have signed, and the current status.
From each entry in the list you can:
Click the pencil icon to edit the document. Editing is available while a document is still a draft or unsigned.
Click Show to open a completed document and review it. Completed documents show Show instead of the pencil icon, because signed content can no longer be edited.
Click Move to place the document in a folder.
Click the ⋮ button and choose Duplicate to create a copy of the document.
Click Preview in new tab to see the document exactly as your recipient will see it.
Click Manage and add to work with the document's recipients.
💡 Note: Editing is only possible until the first signee has signed. Once a quote or agreement in myflow has been signed, its content is locked.
Understand document statuses
Every quote and agreement on the myflow dashboard shows a status label, so you always know where the document stands:
Draft — the document is still being worked on and has not been sent.
Pitch — the document has been sent to recipients but is not yet signed.
Complete — all recipients have signed.
Organize your documents with folders and search
To find and organize your quotes and agreements in myflow:
Use the Folders dropdown on the left, above the list, to organize documents into folders.
Click Newest or Oldest to change the sort order.
Type in the Search field on the right to find a document by name.
The list updates as you filter, sort or search, so only the matching quotes and agreements are shown.
View your signing statistics
The Quotes & Agreements dashboard in myflow includes a Statistics section at the top. It is collapsed by default, so click the chevron on the right of the Statistics bar to expand it.
Expanded, it shows two charts:
Time from creation to signed — how many days it takes for your documents to be signed.
At what time do customers sign? — which hours of the day your customers tend to sign.
Choose which signing methods your customers can use
Which signing methods your recipients can use is set once for your whole myflow account, not per document. To change them:
In the left sidebar, go to Settings.
Open Quotes & Agreements settings. You can also type "quotes" in the settings search field to find it.
Open the Enabled methods for signing tab.
Click Disable next to a method to turn it off, or Enable to turn it back on.
Two signing methods are available in myflow:
BankID — the recipient signs with BankID.
On-screen signature — the recipient signs by drawing their signature on screen.
Each method shows an Enabled label when it is active. The methods you leave enabled here are the ones your recipients can choose from on every quote and agreement you send.
⚠️ Important: At least one signing method must stay enabled in myflow. You cannot disable both BankID and On-screen signature, because your recipients would then have no way to sign your quotes and agreements. If you want to use only one method, disable the other one and leave the method you want enabled.
💡 Note: This setting controls which signing methods exist across your account. To turn signing on or off for one specific document, open that document and use the Signing dropdown on its Overview tab — see Write, send and sign a quote or agreement in myflow.
