How to manage your orders in myflow

Learn how to view, track, and manage orders in myflow. See order details, update payment statuses, cancel orders with credit invoices, and filter your order list.

The Orders page gives you a complete overview of all purchases made through your payment methods. You can track payment statuses, view order details, and cancel orders when needed.

  1. Go to Toolbox > Payments > Orders in the left sidebar.

  2. Browse your order list - each row shows the customer, payment method, amount, and status.

  3. Click on an order to expand it and see more details.

Update or cancel order

  1. Open the order you want to update.

  2. Change the payment status to keep your financial records accurate.

  3. Click the Credit button to cancel the order.

A credit invoice will automatically be sent to the buyer's email.

โš ๏ธ Important: Crediting an order sends a credit invoice but does not issue a refund. myflow does not handle payments directly - you will need to process the refund through your payment provider (Stripe or your bank) separately.

Filter and search orders

  1. Use the filter and search options at the top of the page to quickly find specific orders.
