The Reporting and Statistics pages give you visibility into how your communities are performing — what's happening inside individual channels and how your communities are trending overall.
View channel reports
Go to User Area > Community > Reporting in the sidebar navigation.
Use the Search box in the top right to find a specific channel.
Click a channel in the list to open its report.
View community statistics
Go to User Area > Community > Statistics in the sidebar navigation.
Review the statistics for your communities.
💡 Note: Both pages only show data once you have active communities, channels, and member activity. A brand-new setup will look empty until members start posting.
Check these pages regularly to spot engagement trends and identify channels that need more attention.
