See how your communities are performing. Use the Reporting page for channel-level reports and the Statistics page for overall community insights in myflow.

The Reporting and Statistics pages give you visibility into how your communities are performing β€” what's happening inside individual channels and how your communities are trending overall.

View channel reports

  1. Go to User Area > Community > Reporting in the left sidebar.

  2. Use the Search box in the top right to find a specific channel.

  3. Click a channel in the list to open its report.

View community statistics

  1. Go to User Area > Community > Statistics in the left sidebar.

  2. Review the statistics for your communities.

πŸ’‘ Note: Both pages only show data once you have active communities, channels, and member activity. A brand-new setup will look empty until members start posting.

Check these pages regularly to spot engagement trends and identify channels that need more attention.

πŸ’‘ Let Pulse do it for you: Rather than checking reports manually, open Pulse in your AI team and ask questions like "How is my community performing this month?" β€” Pulse pulls the answer straight from your data.
