Communities in myflow give your users a shared space to post, discuss, and engage with each other. You control who can join, what channels exist, and how members interact.
Create a new community
Go to User Area > Community > Communities in the left sidebar.
Click New community in the top right corner.
Enter a Community name in the side panel.
Click Create.
Your new community opens automatically, ready for you to add channels and members.
Understand the tabs
On the Communities page, you'll see two tabs at the top:
Communities where I'm a member β communities you have joined as a user.
Company communities β communities created by your company.
New communities you create appear under Company communities.
What to do next
Once your community exists, you'll typically want to:
Add channels so members have places to post.
Invite members or connect a payment method using the Invite/Create payment method button in the top right corner of the community.
π‘ Note: A community without channels is empty. Add at least one channel before inviting members so they have something to engage with.
