Every contact in myflow has a contact card — a central page where you manage everything related to that person. The contact card is organized into tabs so you can quickly find what you need.
Open a contact card
Go to Contacts in the sidebar navigation.
Click the contact's name to open their full contact card.
At the top of every contact card you'll see the contact's name and company. In the top right corner you'll find three buttons: Actions (to unsubscribe or resubscribe the contact, archive it, or delete it), Closer Report (to view the AI-generated sales report for this contact), and Closer Quote (to create an AI-assisted quote).
In the Actions menu, only company admins see Archive. Delete contact isn't shown for contacts with a user account (they have the User tag) — archive them instead.
💡 Archived contacts: An archived contact's card shows a yellow banner, This contact is archived, with the date it was archived. Archived contacts are hidden from lists, search and exports, and receive no newsletters, automations or outreach. Company admins can click Restore to bring the contact back. Restoring doesn't change email opt-outs. Read more in How to archive and restore contacts in myflow.
Below that, you'll find eight tabs:
Details
The default view. Edit the contact's core information:
Name
Email (with a mail icon to send a quick email)
Phone
LinkedIn
Title
Website
Birthday
Address
Custom field 1 and Custom field 2
Click Update to save changes.
Below the contact fields you'll find the Tags section, where you can see which tags are assigned to this contact and click Manage tags to search for tags and add or remove them. Click Done when you're finished.
Further down, the Company section shows company name, corporate identity number, invoice email, employees, and billing details — click Edit to update.
Contracts
View agreements and contracts that have been sent to this contact through myflow's Quotes & Agreements feature. If no contracts have been sent yet, this tab shows "No contracts sent."
Automations
See every automated email and SMS delivered to this contact. Click Manage Automation Timeline to view or adjust which automations are active for this contact.
The Deliveries section is split into Email and SMS cards showing delivery history.
SMS is removed since May 26, 2026, but SMS history is still available on contact cards.
Notes
Keep a running log of meeting notes, observations, or anything worth remembering about this contact. Click New note to add one. Each note shows its text, the date it was created, when it was last edited, and who wrote it.
Click Edit to update an existing note.
Actions
Create follow-up reminders tied to this contact. Fill in the Title, pick a Date, toggle Reminder at time if you want a timed notification, set the Priority (1 is highest, 5 is lowest), and click Save. Existing actions appear on the right — tick the checkbox to mark one as complete.
Deals
Track sales opportunities linked to this contact. The Momentum Builder on the left lets you create a deal by choosing a Deal type, Deal status, and Estimated value, then clicking Add deal. Summary cards on the right show Open Deals, Weighted Open (forecast potential), Won Value, and Total Value. Filter existing deals by All, Open, Won, or Closed lost.
Licenses & memberships
The Licenses & memberships tab on a myflow contact card shows the licenses and memberships this contact holds — for example, access to a course or a user area. Each entry shows the name, the date it was acquired, and a Revoke license button if you need to remove access.
To give the contact access to a course:
Click Assign license at the top of the tab.
Under Assign new license, choose the course in the Content list.
Click Assign license.
You see License assigned, and the course appears in the contact's list of licenses. If the contact already has an active license for every course, you see All courses already have an active license instead.
To give back access you have removed: licenses you revoke, and licenses removed when a buyer's access period or cancelled subscription ends, move to the Revoked licenses section further down the tab, with the date they were revoked. Click Restore license next to the license. You see License restored, and the license moves back to the active list. The contact's progress in the course is kept, so they continue where they left off.
Manage
Reassign this contact to a different team member using the Move contact section — select a Salesperson from the dropdown and click Move contact. Below that, the Events log shows a full activity history for this contact: notes added, actions created, deals updated, and more.
