Adding an administrator gives someone full access to your company's back office. myflow creates their account, connects it to your company, and gives you a temporary password to share with them.
💡 Note: This flow is for people who don't have a myflow account yet. If the person is already an admin of another company in myflow, use cross-company admin access instead — see How to give another admin access to your company with cross-company admin access. If you invite an email that already belongs to another company, you'll see the error "That email address already belongs to another company in myflow."

Go to Settings > Accounts & Policies from the menu on the left-hand side.
On the User accounts tab you'll see your Current administrators and the Invite a new administrator form.
💡 Note: The number of administrator accounts depends on your plan — Basic includes 1, Essentials includes 3, and Pro includes 10.
On the Pro plan, additional admin seats can be added for €10/month each. You can check your current plan under Settings > Plans & Pricing.
