How to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your myflow plan

Change your myflow plan, switch billing, cancel or resume your subscription, and see what happens to your account, AI teammates and billing when you do.

You can downgrade your myflow subscription to a lower plan at any time — for example, from Essentials to Basic — in Settings > Plans & Pricing. Downgrading keeps your account active and applies the limits of the new plan. It does not delete your account or your content.

How do I downgrade my myflow plan?

Downgrade your plan in Settings > Plans & Pricing:

  1. Go to Settings in the left sidebar.

  2. Find the Plans & Pricing section and click it.

  3. Choose Monthly or Yearly on the plan card you are moving to. Yearly billing includes two months free.

  4. Click Downgrade to Basic on the Basic plan card.

  5. Confirm the change when prompted.

When does my downgrade take effect?

Your downgrade to a lower myflow plan takes effect when your current subscription period reaches its end date. Nothing changes straight away — you keep your existing plan and all of its limits until that date, and the new plan starts when the current one ends.

Will I be refunded when I downgrade my plan?

No. Downgrades are not prorated. Because a downgrade only takes effect when your current subscription reaches its end date, you keep full access to the plan you already paid for until that date. There is no partial refund and no credit for the difference.

What happens to my administrators and AI teammates when I downgrade?

If your new myflow plan includes fewer admin seats or fewer AI teammates than your current plan, myflow keeps the first of each. Your company's first administrator stays active, and your first AI teammate stays active. The remaining administrators and AI teammates are deactivated when the downgrade takes effect at the end of your current subscription period.

How do I upgrade my plan?

  1. Go to Settings > Plans & Pricing.

  2. Choose Monthly or Yearly on the plan card you want to move to.

  3. Click Upgrade to [plan] on that plan card.

  4. Confirm the change on the Stripe page that opens.

When does my upgrade take effect, and what do I pay?

Your upgrade takes effect straight away. You get the new plan's limits, AI teammates and features as soon as you have confirmed the change.

Upgrades are prorated. You only pay the difference between your old and your new plan for the time that's left of your current billing period. From your next billing date, you pay the full price of the new plan.

How do I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

To change how often you are billed without changing plan, go to Settings > Plans & Pricing and click Switch to monthly billing or Switch to yearly billing on your current plan card. Yearly billing includes two months free.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Both monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and the card saved in Stripe is charged for the next period.

myflow doesn't send a reminder before your subscription renews. If you don't want it to renew, cancel before the end date of your current billing period. You keep access until that date.

How do I cancel my myflow subscription instead of downgrading?

Cancelling ends your myflow subscription entirely. Downgrading keeps your account active on a lower plan. To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings > Plans & Pricing.

  2. Click Manage in the plan banner at the top of the page.

  3. Select Cancel subscription.

The same Manage menu contains Billing and receipts, which opens Stripe, where you can find your myflow invoices and receipts.

What happens to my account after I cancel my subscription?

You keep full access to myflow until your current subscription period reaches its end date. After that date your account is frozen. You can still log in, but the only page you can reach is Plans & Pricing, where you can start a new subscription whenever you want.

Can I undo my cancellation?

Yes, as long as your subscription hasn't ended yet. Go to Settings > Plans & Pricing and click Resume subscription. Your subscription becomes active again and nothing is cancelled.

Once the end date has passed, the old subscription can't be resumed. You can start a new subscription from Plans & Pricing instead.

What happens if a payment fails?

If myflow can't charge your card, your plan shows as Past due together with the date your access ends. You have 5 days after your billing period ends to update your card. Go to Settings > Plans & Pricing, click Manage and select Billing and receipts to update your payment details in Stripe.

If the payment still hasn't gone through after that, your account is frozen in the same way as after a cancellation, until you start a subscription again.
