Use this article to find your notifications in myflow, for example after you get an email from myflow saying you have a new notification.
Where are my notifications in myflow?
Your myflow notifications are in the profile menu at the bottom of the left sidebar, behind the bell icon (🔔). The bell icon is not shown in the sidebar itself, so you need to open the profile menu first.
To open your notifications in myflow:
Log in to myflow.
At the bottom of the left sidebar, click your profile picture. A menu with a row of icons opens.
Click the bell icon (🔔) in that menu.
Your myflow notifications now open, so you can see what the notification email was about.
I got an email about a notification in myflow, but I can't find the message
The notification email from myflow only tells you that you have a new notification. The notification itself is not in the email; it's inside myflow.
To read the notification the email is about, click your profile picture at the bottom of the left sidebar in myflow, then click the bell icon (🔔) in the menu that opens. Your notifications are listed there.
