Your AI teammates and Flowie run on a monthly amount of AI usage that is included in your myflow plan. This article explains how much is included, what uses it, when it resets, what happens when it runs out, and how to buy more.
How much AI usage is included in my plan?
Every plan includes AI usage each month. Higher plans include more:
Basic: standard monthly AI usage
Essentials: 2.5× the Basic amount
Pro: 10× the Basic amount
The AI usage is shared by your whole company. All admins and all AI teammates use the same monthly amount.

What uses AI usage?
Everything where AI does work for you uses AI usage, for example:
Chatting with Flowie or any of your AI teammates (Paige, Spark, Scout, Pulse, Buddy, Reach, Closer and Loop)
Pages built or edited by Paige
Posts and images created by Spark
Quotes created by Closer
Scheduled work, such as scheduled Spark posts and Pulse reports
Leads collected by Scout (see below)
Examples of what actions don't use AI usage:
Building or editing pages yourself in the page builder
Sending newsletters and automations (emails have their own monthly limit)
💡 Tip: Small changes, like editing a text or adding a button, are often quicker to do yourself in the page builder, and they don't use any AI usage.
How do Scout leads use AI usage?
Collecting leads with Scout uses the same monthly AI usage as the other teammates. Each lead you collect uses an amount of AI usage, so collecting many leads at once can use a large part of your monthly usage.
AI usage is used for the number of leads you ask for when you start the collection.
Chatting with Scout to refine your search also uses AI usage, similar to the other teammates.
If your remaining AI usage isn't enough for the number of leads you ask for, Scout shows "Insufficient budget. You can collect up to [X] leads." Ask for fewer leads, or buy more AI usage.
💡 Tip: Start with a smaller collection and check the quality of the leads before you collect more.
When does my AI usage reset?
Your included AI usage resets on the 1st of every month at 00:00 UTC.
The reset follows the calendar month, not your billing date. Paying for a new subscription period does not give you new AI usage before the 1st.
Unused monthly included AI usage does not carry over to the next month.
What happens when my AI usage runs out?
When your included AI usage for the month is used up, myflow automatically continues with any AI usage you have purchased. If you have no purchased usage left, your AI teammates stop working until the 1st of next month.
You'll see this in the chat with a message such as "Monthly AI limit reached. Purchase more usage to continue." and a Get more usage button. In the AI Usage window, a Monthly AI limit reached label is shown.
How do I check my AI usage?
Click Profile at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Click AI Usage.
The AI Usage window shows:
Your plan
Included monthly usage: how much of this month's included usage you have used, in percent, and how many days are left until it resets. The countdown appears once you have used some of your usage.
Purchased usage: how much of your purchased usage you have used, in percent, and when your next purchased pack expires.
Usage by teammate: which teammates have used the most.
Recent activity: your 20 latest AI actions, and whether each one used included or purchased usage.
How do I buy more AI usage?
You can buy extra AI usage in packs, without changing your plan:
Small: €19
Medium: €49
Large: €99
Prices exclude VAT. A larger pack gives you more AI usage.
Click Profile at the bottom of the left sidebar and click AI Usage.
Click Buy additional AI usage (or Buy AI usage to continue if your usage has run out).
Choose a pack.
Click Purchase to confirm.
Your saved card is charged straight away, and the pack is added immediately. You can also click Get more usage in a teammate chat when your usage has run out.
You find the receipt in Settings > Plans & Pricing: click Manage and select Billing and receipts.
Who can buy AI usage?
Your company needs an active myflow subscription and a saved payment card. If no card is saved, you'll see Add a payment method, which opens Stripe so you can add one - Then try again.
How does purchased AI usage work?
Purchased usage is only used once your included monthly usage has run out. It is used automatically.
If you have several packs, the one that expires first is used first.
Purchased usage carries over between months.
Each pack is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Usage that is left when a pack expires is lost.
Purchased AI usage can't be refunded.
