Use this article to see which participants have access to one of your courses in myflow, to see how far each participant has got in the course modules, and to check why a participant says the course isn't showing up for them.
Where do I see which participants have access to my course?
You find the participants of a course on the course itself in myflow, not under Community:
Go to Toolbox > Content in the left sidebar.
Click the course you want to check.
Open the Users tab.
The Users tab of the course lists every participant who currently has access to that course. If a participant isn't in that list, they don't have access to the course.
How far have my course participants got in the course?
The Users tab of a course in myflow shows how far each participant has got in the course modules, alongside the list of participants who have access. Open it from Toolbox > Content, click your course, then open the Users tab.
This is the only place in myflow that shows course access and module progress together. Community statistics do not cover courses — see the last section of this article.
A participant says the course isn't showing up for them — how do I check?
When a participant reaches your course platform but sees no course, start by checking whether they actually have access to the course in myflow:
Go to Toolbox > Content in the left sidebar.
Click the course.
Open the Users tab and look for the participant in the list.
If the participant isn't in the list, they haven't been given access to the course yet, and sharing the course link with them again is what gives them access. For a free invite, see Create a free payment link to invite to a course.
Can I remove a participant's access to a course?
Yes. You remove a participant's access to a course from the same Users tab on the course in myflow, under Toolbox > Content > your course > Users. Use this when someone should no longer have access to the course content.
💡 Note: You can also manage access from the other direction, per person. The Licenses & memberships tab on a contact card shows the licenses and memberships that contact holds, such as access to a course or community, with a Revoke license/membership button for each course
