How to check your AI usage
Go to your dashboard.
Click the AI usage icon in the toolbar at the bottom right of the screen.
Review your total usage and the breakdown by teammate.
Scroll down to see your recent activity log.
You can check this at any time to see how your AI allowance is being used across your team.
💡 Need more teammate slots? You can unlock additional AI teammate slots by inviting friends to myflow.
Look for the invite option in the Manage team panel on your dashboard.
