How to track Your AI usage in myflow

AI usage shows you how much of your AI Usage you have used, broken down by each active teammate. You can find it in the side menu, under your profile.

What you can see

  • Your current plan

  • Total AI usage as a percentage with remaining usage

  • Usage breakdown per teammate, showing number of requests and share of total

  • Recent activity log showing which teammate was used and when

How to check your AI usage

  1. Click your profile in the side menu

  2. Click AI usage in the profile menu

  3. Review your total usage and the breakdown by teammate.

  4. Scroll down to see your recent activity log.

You can check this at any time to see how your AI allowance is being used across your team.
