In-app content (pages, links, text, images and more inside the app)
This covers things like media, links, text and so on. You edit these yourself, and changes go live immediately.

Open the page you want to change (for example, your home page.
Click Edit and update the content on the page
Click Save.
Changes appear the next time someone opens or refreshes the app. There's no separate publish step.

Also self-serve and live immediately.

App Store / Google Play listing (your public store page)
This is the name, byline, description, keywords, and support email shown on the Apple App Store and Google Play. You edit the text yourself, but clicking Update only saves it to myflow — it does not push to Apple or Google automatically.
Go to App → App stores.
Fill in or change the fields:
Name (max 30 characters)
Byline (max 30), Description (max 500)
Keywords (max 100)
Support emailClick Update. You'll see "App store information saved".
From there, the myflow team submits your changes to Apple and Google as part of the next store update. Apple and Google then review them, which takes days and sometimes longer — that timing is outside myflow's control.
💡 Note: Updating your listing text early doesn't slow anything down. The text simply sits ready until the next submission, so there's no harm in preparing it ahead of time.
New app versions (changes to how the app works)
Anything that changes how the app itself behaves — not just its content — requires a new app version. These aren't self-serve: the myflow team builds and submits new versions to Apple and Google. You don't need to do anything, but you also can't trigger a new version yourself. Just reach out and let us know what you need.
